Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Choose Sign Up in the top navigation, fill in your details, and verify your email address to unlock search and personalized recommendations.

Do I need a subscription to browse wines?

All members can explore the catalog, but deeper filters and pairing insights unlock as you move from Silver to Business tiers. You can review plans on the Subscription page.

Can I import my own wine list?

Yes. Business and Platinum members can upload a CSV directly from the dashboard. Use the template provided in the admin tools to ensure the fastest onboarding.

Managing Your Journey

How do favorites and dislikes work?

On any wine card, tap the heart icon to save it to your profile. We surface these when tailoring recommendations and pairing ideas.

Where can I update my preferences?

Head to your Profile and open the Settings tab. From there you can opt into email updates, edit your tasting profile, and manage privacy.
